These terms apply to customers receiving founding, design-partner, private-beta, early-access, or similarly discounted pricing.

1 1. Eligibility and Acceptance #

Participation is limited, subject to CapConnect approval, and may be withdrawn before an Order Form is accepted. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

2 2. Founder Pricing #

Founder pricing applies only to the products, quantities, and Subscription Term stated in the Order Form. Unless expressly stated:

• discounts do not apply to usage, telecommunications, email, model, enrichment, professional services, taxes, or overages;
• additional products and quantities are charged at then-current rates;
• pricing may change after the protected period;
• the account must remain continuously active and in good standing; and
• discounts may not be transferred.

3 3. Participation Expectations #

Customer agrees to reasonable participation such as:

• timely implementation cooperation;
• periodic product-feedback sessions;
• testing designated features;
• identifying bugs and workflow gaps;
• permitting CapConnect to analyze usage and outcomes; and
• serving as a reasonable reference where expressly stated in the Order Form.

Participation does not obligate Customer to provide a positive review or misleading endorsement.

4 4. Brand Rights #

As consideration for discounted pricing, Customer grants CapConnect the right during the Term to identify Customer by name and logo as a founding or early customer on websites, sales materials, customer lists, presentations, and investor materials.

Any attributed testimonial, case study, press release focused on Customer, or publication of identifiable performance results requires Customer’s approval.

5 5. Early-Access Features #

Features may be incomplete, changed, delayed, or discontinued. Early-access features are provided without warranties, support commitments, availability targets, or promises of general release.

6 6. Feedback #

Customer grants CapConnect the Feedback license stated in the Master SaaS Subscription Agreement.

7 7. Confidentiality #

Non-public roadmaps, designs, screenshots, pricing, and features are CapConnect Confidential Information. Customer may not publicly disclose them without written permission.

8 8. Removal #

CapConnect may remove Customer from the Program for nonpayment, lack of participation, abuse, policy violations, or material risk. Removal does not cancel a committed subscription unless CapConnect states otherwise.
